Title of presentation
On Mentor Roles
Presentation date / time
May 24, 2009 - 09:00 GMT - See schedule
Presentation abstract or description
There is a notion of 'dispersed mentoring' in teacher development/learning, which means that a number of people undertake different mentor functions, and together provide effective mentoring for an indvidual. I'm hoping that a presentation on mentor roles might lead to discussions around whether any, some or parts of these roles might be (are?) undertaken virtually, and what the benefits and pitfalls might be.
