Nancy helps organizations connect through online and offline strategies.  Nancy is an online interaction designer, facilitator and coach for distributed communities of practice, online learning, distributed teams and online communities. She has a special interest in the NGO/NPO sector. She is co-author with Etienne Wenger and John Smith of the upcoming book “Digital Habitats: stewarding technology for communities.” She has a little company called Full Circle Associates.

 

Nancy confesses to online interaction, learning  and chocolate addiction. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two grown sons.

Technology has changed what it means for people to "Be Together." We'll explore a tool to help look at how your learning community chooses to be together. The tool can be used to map activities to possible technologies, to assess the current status of a community or used to imaging the community's trajectory going forward.
