Presentations need not be limited to set pieces. Thinking outside the box and organizing collaborative and innovative events is encouraged. You can also schedule concurrent events and workshops if you wish.
So that the organizers can contact you regarding suggestions for your presentaton, schedule changes, etc, valid contact information in form of name at domain.com/org etc is required for anyone writing in their own proposal; e.g. vancestev at gmail.com (not needed for invited presentations). If changes are anticipated you will be contacted; organizers reserve right to adjust program in case of no timely response.
